Thank you WE CARE Fund!

Through the generous support of the Nassau Bar Association WE CARE Fund, we’re able to expand mentor services for the HCC Teen Drop In Center, a safe haven for low income, underprivileged youth in the Village of Hempstead.

The project will expand the College and Career Exploration and Access Initiative, to support Hispanic youth in their career, vocational, and college interests and plans. It will also expand the mentor and role models network, which is critical in planning for successful options beyond high school.

Initial funding for the project was received in 2016 from WE CARE Fund.
